We as Ditlou Meetseng pride ourselves in the fact that for the past three years since the opening of the resort we have been hiring only locally and giving the youth a platform to come showcase their talents in our entertainment department and really becoming a supportive member of the community.

There are other charity organizations that we support by donating food parcels to and hosting informative events where the youth learn about starting small businesses and acquiring funding. At the moment we have a very youthful staff working for the company and that is a policy that we want to push forward as one of the ways to promote youth and skills development within the community of Mamaneng, Limpopo.
